This privacy notice for H. Stojanovski, PLLC (Firm), describes how and why the Firm might collect, store, use and/or share your information when you: use Firm services such as when you visit my website at hcslaw.com, or any website of mine that links to this privacy notice.

What information do we collect?

The Firm collects personal information that you provide such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses. All personal information that you provide the Firm must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify the Firm of any changes to such personal information. Some of your information is automatically collected when you visit the Firm’s site such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics. Like many businesses we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

Information collected from other sources.

In order to enhance the Firm’s ability to provide relevant offers and services to you and update the Firm’s records, information about you from other sources such as public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, and from other third parties. This information includes mailing address, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data  (or user behavior data), IP addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs, and custom profiles, for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion.   

Cookies and other tracking technologies.

The Firm may use cookies and similar  tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information.

Information Sharing

The Firm may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for the Firm or on the Firm’s behalf and require access to such information to do that work. The categories of third parties we may share personal information with are as follows: Data Analytics Services; Website Hosting Service Providers; Communication and Collaboration Tools. We also may need to share your personal information in the following situation: When the Firm uses the Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platforms APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API).

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect loss, misuse, or alteration of personal information under my the Firm’s control. However, despite the Firm’s safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or electronic storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so the Firm cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat the Firm’s security and improperly collect, assess, steal, or modify your information. Although the Firm will do its best to protect your information, transmission of personal information to and from the Firm’s site is at your own risk. You should only access the Firm’s site within a secure environment.

Does the Firm collect information from minors?

The Firm does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such a minor dependent’s use of this site. If the Firm learns that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, the Firm will take reasonable measure to promptly delete such data from the Firm’s records. Links to other Websites

The Firm’s website contains links to other websites that are not controlled by the Firm. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party website. You should read the privacy policy on each website as the Firm has no control and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policy, or practices of any third party websites .

How long will the Firm keep your information?

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. When the Firm has not legitimate business need to process your  personal information, the Firm will either delete or anonymize such information, or if that is not possible, the Firm will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

What are your rights?

Depending on where you are geographically, the applicable local privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information.

Changes to this Policy

The Firm may update this privacy policy from time to time to stay compliant with relevant laws. When a new privacy policy is adopted, the privacy policy page will be updated as well. Changes to the privacy policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
